چکیده
Abstract Background Interstitial lung disease (ILD) and its rapid progression (RP) are the main contributors to unfavourable outcomes of patients with idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM). This study aimed identify clinical value PET/CT scans in IIM-ILD construct a predictive model for RP-ILD. Methods Adult who were hospitalized at four divisions First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School Medicine (FAHZJU), from 1 January 2017 31 December 2020 reviewed. other characteristics met inclusion exclusion criteria collected analysed. Results A total 61 enrolled this study. Twenty-one (34.4%) developed RP-ILD, 24 (39.3%) died during follow-up. After false discovery rate (FDR) correction, percent-predicted diffusing capacity carbon monoxide (DLCO%, P = 0.014), bilateral mean standard uptake (SUVmean, 0.014) abnormal mediastinal lymph node ( 0.045) significantly different between RP-ILD non-RP-ILD groups. The subsequent univariate multivariate logistic regression analyses verified our findings. “DLM” was established by including above three values predict cut-off ≥ 2 an area under curve (AUC) 0.905. Higher SUVmean 0.019) spleen 0.011) observed within 3 months, moderate correlation recognized two values. Conclusions Elevated SUVmean, nodes decreased DLCO% associated patients. valuable predicting requires further validation.
